In 2021, at sixteen, Carter George was challenged to find a way to give back to his community. With assistance from a local company and guidance from others, Donate AED was founded.

In the three years Carter ran the non-profit, he successfully raised enough money to place 10 AEDs in the Prince William County Virginia youth sporting community. In the spring of 2024, Cater was accepted to attend Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!).

As Carter started his journey at college, Donate AED became a family non-profit. Monika (Mom), Scott (Dad), Lexie, and Carter share the responsibility to continue giving back. 

Our family goal is to place 2-3 AEDs per year around Northern Virginia at youth sporting programs.
